The owner-chef Evan Kleiman is a nationally recognized author of 6 best selling cookbooks various magazine articles, the latest of which can be found in the May 2005 issue of Bon Appetit. She is the host of KCRW’s Good Food show which airs each Saturday at 11am at 89.9fm. In addition, Evan is southern California Governor of Slow Food and leads culinary trips to Italy throughout the year.
